Caracol Showcases Robotic LFAM Innovation for Mobility Applications at JEC World 2026

Caracol will host a panel discussion on composite manufacturing for the mobility industry and display projects designed for trains, racing cars, and yachts.

Milan, Italy (26 February 2026) – Caracol, a global leader in robotic large-format additive manufacturing (LFAM), is set to showcase its cutting-edge technology at JEC World in Paris from March 10th to 12th. With attendees and exhibitors from 100+ countries and every aspect of the composites value chain, JEC World is among the most important industry events of the year.

Caracol returns to JEC for the fourth consecutive year with multiple case studies developed by clients in the mobility sector with its robotic LFAM platforms. Visitors to the Caracol booth (M92, Hall 5) can take a closer look at several of its sophisticated application-driven technologies implemented in projects around the world.

At the booth, visitors can gain insight into Caracol’s integrated ecosystem of robotic hardware platforms, proprietary software, materials, process, and application know-how. Products on display will include a train front cover developed with Alstom, a composite lamination tool for aircrafts developed by Formes et Volumes, a custom yacht hard top developed with Treddy and Polymaker. A finished racing car roof developed using Caracol technology by ES Garaj and LFAM Center, the largest LFAM production center in Turkey, will also be on view.

Francesco De Stefano, co-founder and CEO of Caracol, will speak at a panel titled “Driving innovation in composites manufacturing with robotic LFAM for the mobility industries.” Several of Caracol’s partners will join the discussion: Alia Mentis CEO Giuseppe Paronetto, Omniform managing partner Tolga Kutlug, and Gael Lacord, Directeur Technique & Commercial at Formes et Volumes. The panel will be held at Caracol’s booth on Wednesday, March 11th at 4:00pm, and will demonstrate the value of LFAM  for mobility industry parts manufacturing.

Taking an even broader view, Caracol Customer Success Manager Massimiliano Boz will discuss the real-world applications of its LFAM technology across industries during a short presentation on the AGORA stage on Tuesday, March 10th at 10:30am.
