As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting Caracol success and international expansion by identifying, engaging, and securing top talent across multiple functions and geographies.
You will manage the full recruitment cycle – from defining hiring needs with managers and building sourcing strategies, to selecting candidates and supporting offer and onboarding processes.
You will also contribute to strengthening our employer brand and enhancing the candidate experience, using data and feedback to fine-tune workflows and increase hiring efficiency.
Few examples of responsibilities:
- End-to-End recruiting & onboarding: You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and translate them into clear, actionable hiring plans. You’ll define Global sourcing strategies to attract top talent, identify the right candidates, and engage them through personalized, targeted outreach. You’ll also coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and welcoming start for every new joiner.
- Candidate experience & journey: You’ll ensure every candidate – whether hired or not – has a positive, transparent, and professional experience that reflects Caracol’s culture, values, and ambition.
- Employer brand: You’ll help strengthen our employer brand through initiatives that tell our story — from events and partnerships to content creation and community engagement.
- Recruitment process & insights: You’ll continuously improve how we hire by tracking key metrics, streamlining workflows, and supporting scalable, data-driven processes that adapt to our global growth.
Ideal Background:
- Around 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in dynamic, fast-scaling, and international environments.
- At least 1 year of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is required.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions and seniority levels. Familiarity with talent attraction dynamics in the US market is a strong plus.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to track and act on recruitment data to improve processes and outcomes.
- Proactive, hands-on attitude and a genuine interest in contributing to a people-first, high-performance culture.
- Fluent in both English and Italian.
