Few examples of responsibilities:
- Provide regular financial analysis for informed business decisions
- Create financial models, trends analysis, and ad-hoc fiscal forecasts
- Implement effective accounting policies and models
- Conduct regular reviews to identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements
- Take a leadership role in coordinating and overseeing the company’s ERP implementation, ensuring seamless integration among all departments involved
- Perform operative administrative task in order to ensure the accuracy and punctuality of department results
Ideal Background:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Economics or Management
- Previous experience in the role
- Experience in ERP implementation (considered as a plus)
- Italian and English Language proficiency
- Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft office package (particularly Excel and Power Point)
- Analytical approach and passion to work with numbers
