Project Manager Junior

As a Junior Project Manager you will drive with passion the success in complex projects. Adept at supporting the sales team in project acquisition, you will facilitate seamless communication between commercial and operational departments. You will organize and manage Gantt charts for timely project deliveries, with a keen ability to communicate effectively with clients regarding any delays or challenges. You will be also a valuable support in the production of intellectual property documentation for innovative systemsand you will manage information materials, demos, and product presentations having the opportunity to collaborate with different internal stakeholders

Few examples of responsibilities:

Accompany and support the sales team in the acquisition of complex projects;
Coordinate and integrate exchange of information between the commercial and operational departments;
Organize and manage gantt for on time deliveries of projects;
Ability to manage communication of any delays and problems with customers;
Participation in the development of applications for regional, national and international calls and tenders
Research on technologies and support on production of documentation for intellectual property related to the new systems developed
Manage information material, demos and product presentations in collaboration with the support of marketing and sales, and R&D

Ideal Background:

A bachelor’s degree with background in engineering;
Work experience of at least 2 years in project management or similar roles;
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
Strong process structuring and activity planning skills;
