Marketing Analyst

As a Marketing Analyst, you will be the cornerstone of our marketing strategy, utilizing your analytical and strategical mindset to drive our marketing initiatives to a new level. Additionally, you will spearhead the implementation and management of our CRM system, providing invaluable data-driven insights to enhance our marketing strategy. And finally, you will be the driving force behind channel marketing actions, optimizing our effectiveness.

Market Analysis – Monitor market trends, analyze competition, and identify opportunities and threats for the company
Segmentation / Customer Analysis – Study customer behavior, purchasing preferences, and market segments to develop targeted go-to-market strategies
Campaign / Investment Performance – Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using metrics and KPIs and propose optimizations or improvements.
CRM management – define processes, ensure data accuracy, and provide analytics to inform strategic decision-making
Channel Marketing – collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement channel marketing strategies that align with our company’s objectives. Establish and cultivate relationships with key channel partners, ensuring successful partnerships and joint marketing campaigns

Degree in Management / Marketing / Business
Minimum of 1/2 years experience
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
Excellent communication skills in English and Italian
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
