Lavora con noi As a Product Management Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of Caracol’s product portfolio, shaping product vision, pricing, market positioning and product development within an industrial automation environment and working closely with Engineering, Sales and Marketing teams.
This role is ideal for a professional eager to combine strategic thinking with pragmatic, results-oriented decision-making in a fast-paced context.
Few examples of responsibilities:
- Define and own the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with Caracol’s business objectives
- Drive product development initiatives and execute complex product roadmaps, coordinating the full product lifecycle and contributing to Caracol’s long-term product ecosystem
- Develop and manage pricing strategies, product catalogue, and quotation processes
- Lead market analysis, competitive benchmarking and sales trend evaluation to enable data-driven decision-making
- Own and drive product trade-off decisions, balancing technical, commercial and strategic priorities to maximize value for Caracol
- Provide visible and inspirational leadership, influencing key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align on product direction and decision
Ideal Background:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
- Around 5 years of experience in Product Management within deep-tech, machinery or manufacturing environments (robotics or industrial automation is a plus)
- Strong experience in collecting customer needs and translating them into product specifications, while optimizing resources, timelines and costs
- Hands-on approach in supporting technical teams during product implementation and critical decision-making
- Strategic, pragmatic decision-maker with strong problem-solving skills and clear ownership of trade-offs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English is mandatory
