Business Development Manager Europe

As a Business Development Manager Europe, you will play a key role in expanding Caracol’s presence across European markets. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales Europe, you will support global strategic business development initiatives while leading region-specific efforts to identify and develop new business sectors.

Combining a strong commercial mindset with strategic thinking, you will build long-term client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and drive the adoption of Caracol’s advanced manufacturing and large-scale additive manufacturing solutions.

Few examples of responsibilities:

Lead business development initiatives across European markets, identifying new opportunities and partnerships aligned with global strategic goals.
Support the definition and execution of regional go-to-market plans and sales strategies.
Develop partnerships with key industry players and research centers, understanding business and technical needs to propose effective solutions.
Collaborate closely with global and regional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform strategy and adapt to changing industry dynamics.
Represent Caracol at industry events, fairs, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence and generate leads.

Ideal Background:

Degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales roles within industrial technology or related B2B sectors, such as transportation, aerospace, automotive or tooling
Proven track record in developing new markets, building partnerships, and achieving commercial growth in international contexts.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to operate strategically while executing hands-on initiatives.
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a scale-up environment, demonstrating proactivity, adaptability, and a hands-on approach.
Languages: English and German are a must; French is considered a strong plus.
