Marketing Specialist

As Marketing specialist, you will be the driving force in translating data from the market and clients into crucial data-driven insights for the company. You will be the point of contact on channel marketing, connecting with our global partners, conducting analysis and research, and be the point of reference on CRM implementation and management. This role will be vital in supporting the company’s strategic planning, optimizing the reach and effectiveness of our actions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement channel marketing strategies that align with our company’s objectives.
Establish and cultivate relationships with key channel partners, ensuring successful partnerships and joint marketing campaigns.
Develop and execute marketing programs for various channels, optimizing them for maximum reach, engagement, and conversion.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of channel marketing initiatives, leveraging data insights to make informed decisions for continuous improvement.
Stay current with market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities in channel marketing.
Lead CRM implementation and management, ensuring data accuracy and providing analytics to inform strategic marketing decisions.
Conduct market research, customer profiling, and segmentation to tailor marketing efforts for different channel segments.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of channel marketing campaigns, tracking KPIs, ROI, and customer behavior.

Degree in Management / Marketing / Business
Minimum of 2 years’ experience
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
Excellent communication skills in English and Italian
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
