Few examples of responsibilities:

  • Establish and enhance Quality Assurance processes and methodologies
  • Convert software requirements into comprehensive test scenarios, ensuring traceability of requirements throughout the testing process
  • Design, implement, and sustain automated test suites to maintain thorough regression test coverage across software products
  • Conduct manual software testing, and where appropriate, automate test scenarios using testing tools and frameworks. Collaborate with the development team to address issues
  • Participate in software builds and production deployments
  • Detect, document, and prioritize software bugs, ensuring detailed and clear bug reports
  • Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
  • Keep abreast of the latest testing tools, methodologies, and industry best practices
  • Advocate for and support the implementation of Test-Driven Development practices within the team

Ideal Background:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Testing framework C# (Xunit or similar)
  • Proficiency in various testing methodologies, including new feature testing and regression testing
  • Experience testing back-end services
  • Experience testing front-end user interfaces
  • Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment methodology
  • Experience with Version Control Systems (Git)
  • Experience or familiarity with 3D environments (nice to have)
  • Experience or familiarity with Unity (nice to have)
