Job opportunities As an IT Specialist you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT systems, providing technical support, and contributing to the overall efficiency and security of our technology environment. In addition to these responsibilities, you will actively support our digitalization initiatives and play a key role in the implementation of ERP and CRM systems to enhance our operational capabilities.
Few examples of responsibilities:
- Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and devices.
- Provide technical support to users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
- Support current security equipment including cameras, video storage, door access, and other equipment at our local facility
- Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying and addressing any potential bottlenecks.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of company data through robust IT security measures.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure a standardized and efficient IT environment.
- Assist in the deployment and management of technology solutions, including software installations and updates.
- Actively participate in the company’s digitalization efforts, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Lead the implementation and management of ERP and CRM systems to streamline business processes and support decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date with IT trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to recommend improvements and enhancements.
Ideal Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as an IT Specialist, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
- Experience managing and administering SharePoint sites, specifically, site management, user management, creating automation workflows, and managing document libraries.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Powerpoint, Excel e Word)
- English knowledge
