As an Inside and After Sales Junior Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of creating exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch sales support. Your role involves not only managing customer inquiries and delivering assistance but also actively contributing to customer satisfaction.

Few examples of responsibilities:

  • Direct sales management: conduct direct sales activities by interacting with customers through phone, email, or other remote communication channels to close sales.
  • Presentations and demo: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products or services to persuade potential customers and address their inquiries.
  • Follow-up and customer lifecycle management: manage post-sale follow-up, address customer inquiries, and guide customers through the purchase process and customer lifecycle.

Ideal Background:

  • Degree in Management / Marketing / Business (or currently pursuing)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Italian
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
